Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all projects and services undertaken by Fusion Book Publishers. By initiating a project or service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Revision Policy
Revisions are dependent on the service package selected. Clients may request unlimited revisions free of charge, provided that the core concept and design direction remain unchanged. Any revision request will be addressed within 48 hours. Major changes that require a complete rework or shift from the original concept may incur additional charges.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to the terms below. A refund will not be issued if the client approves the initial design or concept, or if a revision has been requested. Refunds are only considered when Fusion Book Publishers discontinues a contract due to internal reasons unrelated to client breach or inactivity.
Refund eligibility is as follows:
Full refund (less 10% processing fee) if requested before the delivery of initial design concepts.
A 66% refund (less than 10% processing fee) if requested within 48 hours of initial concept delivery.
33% refund (less 10% processing fee) if requested within 48 to 96 hours of concept delivery.
No refunds will be entertained after 96 hours from the initial delivery.
Refund requests are void once a project enters the revision phase.
Refunds will not be processed if the client remains inactive for seven working days.
Refunds will not be processed if the client becomes unresponsive for five consecutive working days.
Refund requests must be submitted through our support department and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are advised to remain responsive and actively provide feedback during the project timeline to ensure eligibility for refund consideration.
In case of package deals or bundled services, refunds apply individually. For example, if a client approves a logo design but not a website, only the website portion will be eligible for a refund under the terms above.
Approved refunds will result in the complete transfer of design rights back to Fusion Book Publishers. The client will no longer have any legal claim or usage rights to the work, whether direct or indirect.
If refund approval is granted, all related intellectual property rights will be reverted to Fusion Book Publishers. The client agrees not to use, distribute, or reproduce any part of the refunded work. We also reserve the right to report copyright data related to refunded designs to government agencies, preventing future unauthorized use.
Clients attempting to claim refunds in bad faith, such as placing similar orders with multiple service providers simultaneously, will not be entertained.
Fusion Book Publishers reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests at its discretion. We encourage clients to communicate openly so that issues can be resolved through revisions whenever possible.
Mutual Conduct Policy
Both Fusion Book Publishers and the client agree to maintain professionalism and refrain from any public criticism of each other or their respective teams on forums, blogs, social media platforms, or other public channels during or after the business relationship. Breach of this clause may result in compensatory penalties, as determined by the non-breaching party.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for complete satisfaction and are committed to working with you until you are fully pleased with your design or service. This includes multiple revisions in line with the service package selected. Clients are expected to provide clear, consistent feedback and remain actively involved in the process.
Quality Assurance Policy
Fusion Book Publishers emphasizes design originality and adherence to client instructions. Our team is trained to follow your brief and perform adequate research to deliver work that meets industry standards. Any deviations from your specifications should be promptly communicated to our support team so they can be addressed accordingly.
100% Unique Design Guarantee
All design work produced by Fusion Book Publishers is created from scratch. If any design is found to resemble an existing design closely, we will provide a new design without additional charges. However, similarity to an existing design is purely coincidental, and Fusion Book Publishers assumes no responsibility for unintentional resemblance. It is the client's responsibility to register and copyright any delivered material.
Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and professionalism of our services. If a client genuinely believes their expectations have not been met, they may request a refund in line with our Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed for changes in personal preference or project direction after delivery.
Delivery Policy
All completed files and design materials are delivered to the client's secure account area as specified in the initial order confirmation. An email notification will also be sent to inform the client of delivery. Turnaround times are clearly communicated and begin upon order confirmation. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
Customized orders are typically completed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days. If clients require faster delivery, they may opt for express services at a specified additional cost.
Record Maintenance
Fusion Book Publishers retains a record of finalized files for archival purposes. Should the client require a re-delivery of their completed project files, they may request these from our support team at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer Support
We provide round-the-clock customer support to assist clients at any time with questions, service inquiries, or feedback. Our team is available via phone, chat, and email to ensure a smooth experience throughout your project lifecycle.
Communication Policy
Fusion Book Publishers is only responsible for communication via verified email addresses and official communication channels. Clients are advised not to respond to emails or messages from unverified sources claiming to represent our team. We do not accept responsibility for miscommunication from external or third-party contacts.
Client Portal Usage (My Account)
All client interactions and design approvals will be facilitated through our secure "My Account" area. It is the client's responsibility to regularly check their account for updates, feedback requests, and file deliveries. Delays in checking or responding through this portal may affect the revision and refund eligibility.
If the client is uncertain about how to use the account portal, our customer support is available to guide them through the process at any time.
Copyright and Ownership
Final design ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is received and upon client approval. In the case of a refund, all rights to any designs or content revert to Fusion Book Publishers, and clients are prohibited from using the work in any form.
The client is solely responsible for copyright registration of their design files. Fusion Book Publishers can assist upon request, but does not bear legal responsibility for ownership disputes arising post-delivery.
Responsibility of Client Input
In order to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality work, we require clients to remain actively involved in the process. Feedback, input, and clear instructions are critical at every stage of design, writing, or development. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in delays or ineligibility for certain services, such as revisions or refunds.
Package Customization and Services
All packages are subject to the specific inclusions and limitations outlined at the time of purchase. Additional services requested beyond the scope of the selected package may incur extra charges. Customized bundles follow the same terms outlined for individual services.
For example, if a custom package includes both a logo and a website, and the client approves the logo but not the website, only the unapproved service (in this case, the website) will be eligible for review, revision, or refund under the applicable policies.
Fusion Book Publishers reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued use of services after changes are made will constitute acceptance of those updated terms.
